Payment

What payment methods are available in this store?

We currently only accept payments via PayPal. With PayPal, you can make secure transactions using your PayPal account balance or a debit/credit card linked to that account.

Where is my refund?

Refunds are always sent to the original PayPal account used at checkout. While most refunds appear quickly, it may take up to 7–10 business days depending on PayPal or your bank.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can order as a guest without creating an account. However, we recommend creating an account for faster checkout, easy access to your order history, and real-time tracking updates.

Where is my order confirmation?

After checkout, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Why has my order been canceled?

Orders may be canceled if payment fails, shipping details are invalid, or the request is made shortly after checkout. If an order is canceled, you’ll receive a notification and a refund to your PayPal account.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders are processed automatically. Once fulfillment has started, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel—we’ll do our best if production hasn’t begun yet.

Can I alter my order?

Once an order goes into production, we cannot modify items, sizes, or colors. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Processing (production) takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary:

  • USA: 3–5 business days

  • Europe: 4–8 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working to expand our delivery options in the future, but for now, shipping is limited to U.S. addresses only.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because all products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or buyer’s remorse. Returns are only accepted for defective, misprinted, or damaged items.

How do I return an item?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your return or refund request, we require clear photos and an unboxing video of the package as proof.

Without a valid unboxing video showing the condition of the product at the time of delivery, we’re unable to approve refund or replacement requests. This helps us verify the issue and ensure a fair resolution.

What do I do if I lose my return note?

No worries—just reach out to us with your order number. Our team can help process the replacement or refund request.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. To review your claim, we require clear photos and an unboxing video recorded at the time you first opened the package.

Without an unboxing video, we won’t be able to approve a refund or replacement request. This policy helps us verify issues quickly and ensure a fair resolution.

How long does it take to return an item?

Once your return request is approved, refunds are issued to your PayPal account. Depending on PayPal or your bank, it may take up to 7–10 business days for the funds to appear.

Misc

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Not at the moment. All products are custom-made, and we currently don’t provide gift vouchers or gift cards.
